Built by someone who engineers things, not just talks about them.

Kwanex exists because I kept seeing the same problem — businesses drowning in manual work they didn't know was optional. I decided to do something about it.

I'm Sam Koranteng — a business process and automation engineer based in the Netherlands, originally from Ghana. I have 8 years of experience building systems that remove repetitive, manual work from business operations. I hold a Master's degree in Information Management and Business Intelligence, along with ITIL certifications in High Velocity IT and Create, Deliver & Support.

My background is in understanding how information and processes move through organisations — and more importantly, where they break down, slow down, or cost more than they should.

Kwanex started because I kept noticing the same gap across African markets — particularly in Ghana, where I have deep roots. Businesses managing hundreds of transactions, appointments, and shipments entirely by hand. Not because they wanted to. Because nobody had built the right solution for how they actually operate.

Operating from the Netherlands gives me access to world-class tooling and a global engineering perspective. Being Ghanaian gives me the context that no European competitor can buy. That combination is what Kwanex is built on.

Early stage. Full commitment.

Kwanex is at the beginning. That's not a disclaimer — it's the honest context for everything on this site.

Currently taking on first clients

We are actively running free AI readiness assessments for businesses in Ghana's healthcare and logistics sectors. The first automations are being built now. Real results will be documented here as they emerge.

The expertise is real, even if the case studies are new

The automation engineering behind Kwanex is not new. The application of it to Ghanaian businesses is. That combination — technical depth meeting local context — is exactly what this market has been missing.

Built to be accountable

Every assessment comes with documented before-and-after metrics agreed before any work begins. If we can't show a return, we say so. That's not marketing language — it's how the engagements are structured from day one.

A NOTE ON CREDIBILITY

This site does not have client testimonials yet. The case studies are being built right now with our first clients. We made a deliberate choice not to fill that space with placeholder quotes — because the businesses we want to work with will see straight through that. When the results are real, they will be here. Until then, you have our methodology, our assessment offer, and a founder you can look up and verify.

Four markets. One clear reason.

Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and Kenya are where the opportunity is most concrete — and where our understanding runs deepest.

These are markets with large, fast-growing mid-market business sectors, real AI adoption pressure, and a critical shortage of automation partners who understand local operations. Most solutions arriving from Europe or the US are either too expensive, too generic, or built around a completely different operational reality.

We understand these markets because we are from them, not because we researched them from the outside. That means WhatsApp-native where needed. Offline-resilient where infrastructure demands it. Country-specific where regulations differ. And priced for what these markets can actually sustain — not what a London consulting firm would charge.

We start where the opportunity presents itself first. The country where we land our first client becomes the country we go deepest in. That is the honest version of our market strategy, and we think the businesses we want to work with will respect it.
